The brands appeal to consumers’ deep-seated need to feel loved, acknowledged, understood and seen by leveraging smart visual presentation techniques. The most valuable brands in the commercial world are those that can create a strong emotional connection with their customers through various marketing strategies and branding collaterals. This study seeks to delve into the trending fashion communication strategies and propose innovative techniques for consumer engagement through visual communication in the digital transformation era. The study takes “personalization” and “storytelling” as its two classification methods to explain the various strategies. While “storytelling” refers to techniques a brand employs to tell its own story in order to establish a connection with the consumers, “personalization” discusses strategies used by businesses to convey the shared experiences and emotions.
