The research findings discussed earlier encompass a range of integrated technologies, equipment, and systems designed to ensure the tunnel safety of metro operating in soft soil areas. They include reinforcement-integrated technologies and equipment such as micro-disturbed grouting and internal intension steel rings used when repairing large deformation and severe damage of tunnels. More are included, like rapid comprehensive detection mobile equipment to assess the safety of metro tunnel structures, data management systems for monitoring and measuring rail transit, and intelligent operation and maintenance management systems, etc. These technologies, equipments, and systems provide real-time perception, forecast and early warning of security risks and timely assessment of the security, allowing for effective control or elimination of security hazards in tunnel structures. By systematically addressing structural security, repair and maintenance challenges, they effectively avoid prolonged shutdowns and repairs of metro tunnels, minimizing the social impacts. Additionally, they reduce the cost of major repairs for operating metro tunnels and provides strong technical support for prolonging the durability of metro tunnels.
