Artificial Intelligence and big data technologies are the rising tides of strategic decision-making in higher education. This research introduces a comprehensive framework that leverages advanced AI technologies to provide intelligent, data-driven insights across institutional leadership levels. The framework identifies multiple sophisticated AI technologies such as deep learning, machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI to analyze complex institutional data emanating from diverse sources. By synthesizing information from academic records, performance metrics, institutional repositories, and external data sources, the system generates actionable insights that support evidence-based decision-making. We proposed specialized prototypes dashboards for three key institutional roles: University President, Provost, and Department Chair, each designed to address unique strategic and operational challenges. The research highlights the transformative potential of AI in providing comprehensive, predictive intelligence that enables proactive institutional management.
