A Uniform Civil Code (UCC) is a crucial component of the current legal reform framework. This new reform will undoubtedly create a unified, integrated legal system that may be applicable to all people, irrespective of their caste, religion, or beliefs. A uniform body of law that would oversee legals systems such as marriage, divorce, adoption, and inheritance which would succeed the existing personal laws that are derived from the respective doctrines and customs of each religious body and will be the overall objective of UCC. This study therefore deals with how AI in administering and providing a Uniform Civil Code might completely transform the face of justice. The UCC can move much further with the introduction of AI which can assist in uniformity, efficiencies, and accessibility. In India’s pursuit of full national unity, Uniform Civil Code is one positive direction that provides equality of opportunities for women’s and standardization for the law. Its successful implementation will really strengthen the social structure and ensure equality for all citizens across the nation. Despite the challenges, a well-thought-out and integrated approach and combined with technological advancements can potentially facilitate development.
