Biography covers a wide range of fields. Both autobiography and biography contain many branches with different forms and components. Generally speaking, with the exception of certain specific genres, the subject’s life serves as the foundation of a biography and stands as the most crucial element among its compositional factors. Any text containing the subjects’ life can be seen as an initial form of biography, or at least a portion of biographical material.
