In this modern era of sensors technology, there is hardly any corner, which has not touched by the wings of MEMS technology. Starting from ground-based application to air-borne domain or consumer electronics to strategic applications, MEMS has spread its aura everywhere. In this chapter, we will discuss about various process aspects of developing MEMS sensors, its associated challenges, mitigation techniques, and finally the packaging aspects of sensors to deploy in practical applications.

摘要

In this modern era of sensors technology, there is hardly any corner, which has not touched by the wings of MEMS technology.
