This case presents reduction-augmentation septorhinoplasty in an East Asian patient with a deviated nose and dorsal hump, using the septal L-strut extension graft (SLEG) technique. Instead of implants, septal and cymba conchal cartilage and superficial mastoid fascia were used.Careful reshaping and grafting corrected deviation and enhanced tip projection. The report includes sufficient accompanying video documentation for detailed surgical illustration.
