This paper proposes an innovative framework called supply chain path optimization (SCPO). It aims to provide a comprehensive solution for logistics UAV path planning by integrating supply chain system and advanced path optimization algorithm. SCPP system first uses supply chain management principles to optimize inventory layout and demand forecasting to ensure efficient allocation of resources. Then, combining the advantages of genetic algorithm and A* algorithm, a composite path optimization model for UAV logistics is designed, which can dynamically plan the flight path with the lowest cost and highest efficiency under multiple constraints such as load limitation, endurance, and flight safety of UAV. The experimental results show that SCPP system significantly improves the delivery efficiency of logistics drones, reduces the transportation time and cost compared with traditional methods, and enhances the overall response speed and flexibility of the supply chain. This study provides strong support for promoting the application of UAV logistics technology in supply chain and has important theoretical and practical value.
