This study examines digital image processing techniques as well as the building components of digital images, or pixels, and how they can be modified to provide security and interpret images (e.g., sharpening, denoising, segmenting, etc.). Another important topic that will be covered throughout the paper is data security and how steganography and cryptography enable it. Following a thorough understanding of these topics, the paper will move on to the main topic, which is a new intelligence system that uses an algorithm that differs from what is typically seen and is beneficial to the security of the rapidly developing smart cities. All of these topics contribute to the security of the so-called smart cities. The algorithm will demonstrate its potential significance for data security in the healthcare industry.
