Indonesia’s geographical position is quite vulnerable to earthquakes. The Indonesian government through the National Standardization Agency is trying to update earthquake regulations in Indonesia from SNI 1726:2012 to SNI 1726:2019. This study aims to compare the structural evaluation results of a structure in accordance with SNI 1726:2012 and SNI 1726:2019 and calculate the capacity of A structure using pushover analysis. The calculation results of the design spectra value show that the Sds value has increased by 12.42% and the Sd1 value has decreased by 16.28% from SNI 1726:2012 to SNI 1726:2019. The analysis also showed that the maximum displacement of A structure in the X direction increased by 12.90% (from 0.031 m to 0.035 m) and the Y direction also increased by 12.50% (from 0.016 m to 0.018 m) from SNI 1726:2012 to SNI 1726:2019. In addition, there was also an increase in nominal base shear force by 11.69% (from 618.832 kN to 691.163 kN) from SNI 1726:2012 to SNI 1726:2019. Nevertheless, based on the pushover analysis results, it shows that the structural capacity of A structure is still greater than the static and dynamic loading that occurs. The results of this analysis also show that the structural performance level of a structure is included in the Immediate Occupancy (IO) category.

摘要
