Passive design significantly enhances the energy efficiency of industrial buildings and contributes to green architecture. The objective of this research is to identify the specific characteristics of industrial projects, the climatic conditions in the South of Vietnam, and propose effective passive design solutions tailored to this context. The paper focuses on the natural ventilation and lighting in industrial buildings. The research methods include meta-analysis, field surveys, and the use of energy simulation software to assess the effectiveness of the solutions. The research results propose key factors in passive design for various types of industrial buildings in Southern Vietnam. A typical case study in the research area is evaluated for its current state and a renovation plan is proposed using appropriate passive design solutions. The findings of this study will serve as a reference for the architecture and construction sector regarding passive design and industrial buildings.

摘要
