Summary
摘要
This book was written to introduce the field of viroinformatics. Viroinformatics emerged from the intersection of the long-established discipline of virology and the relatively new field of bioinformatics, all within the broader context of public health. Therefore, it is self-evident that our ultimate goal aligns with the fundamental purpose of public health: to protect and improve human health. However, beyond this grand, almost philosophical necessity, it is essential to incorporate practical aspects; public health, by its very nature, must be practical. While this book provides detailed explanations throughout, this summary aims to capture the key points and overarching themes covered in the text.
