As we know, in our present generation solar cell technology plays a huge part in all hybrid and distribution power generation systems, because it is environmentally friendly and free of pollution. In this process, the solar cell structure is fabricated in different types, which are studied using MATLAB/Simulink window. The types of solar cell structures are one-diode circuit solar cell, double-diode circuit solar cell, and triple-diode circuit solar cell and their relative study has been done in terms of maximum power utilization, productivity, and fill factor. Additionally, the performance of solar cells is evaluated under different weather conditions, that are thermal effects and solar radiation.
