The article aims to establish dimensions or indicators to assess the quality of teamwork competence. A systematic review of existing literature was conducted, and its results were compared with two other evaluation models: the project management standards provided by the International Project Management Association and the facets established by Martin Hoegl in his study on the quality of competence. The study suggests a total of eight dimensions: Communication, Coordination, Contribution, Collaboration, Effort, Leadership, Effectiveness, and Planning, which are positively related to the quality and success of the project.

摘要
