In the last decade, artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative tool in various sectors, including education. In this context, the present study analyzes the integration and optimization of AI technologies in university education. The research focused on evaluating the effectiveness of tools such as intelligent chatbots in personalizing learning and providing contextually relevant responses. The study was divided into three stages: testing and validation, evaluation of use by students, and implementation in the classroom. The results show that although AI can be a powerful tool to personalize and enhance the educational experience, there are significant challenges in terms of accuracy and ethics. In the areas of engineering and law, it was observed that AI needs to be carefully guided to provide accurate and useful answers. Students expressed a general positive perception, highlighting the ability of AI to structure responses correctly, although they pointed out the need to improve technical precision and adaptation to different users. In conclusion, although AI has great potential in education, its critical and supervised implementation is crucial.
