Mapping the Performance of Urban Road Segments in Mojokerto City Based on Geographic Information Systems
摘要
Based on the 2020 research conducted by the Transportation Department of Mojokerto City, several urban road segments exhibited poor performance, necessitating further service level analysis using the MKJI 1997 method and mapping with Geographic Information Systems to assist relevant parties in identifying poorly performing road segments and aiding decision-making for road improvements. According to the saturation degree analysis, most urban roads in Mojokerto City had a ratio of 0.00–0.20, 0.21–0.44, and 0.45–0.74, but Mojopahit Road Segment 2 showed a saturation degree of 0.83 on holidays. According to the service level category under the Ministry of Transportation Regulation PM 96 of 2015, most urban road segments in Mojokerto City fall under green and yellow categories with service levels B and C, respectively, while Mayjen Sungkono Road is categorized as blue with service level A, and Mojopahit Road Segment 2 is categorized as orange with service level D. The average speed on urban roads in Mojokerto City is mostly between 40–50 km/h.
