The Indonesia Government has limited funds to provide infrastructure facilities for the Indonesian people. Indonesia's population of 261 million people requires US$ 6.445 trillion for investment in infrastructure development, and only 37% can be accommodated using government funds, so 63% uses private funds. The purpose of the study is analysing financial feasibility project use Islamic finance. Data obtain use qualitative method with single case study. The result of the research is NPV value of 1,067,582,690,224.09; BCR 1.01; Payback period 14 years; IRR 7.94%.
