Sketch Planning Model (SPM) Traffic Analysis Zone in Semarang Regency and Salatiga City

Sketch planning model is the method of choice for transportation planning because it has a simple method and uses a database. This study uses those methods to determine traffic analysis in Semarang Regency and Salatiga City. This research was conducted in 25 study zones with data extraction of light intensity data and travel time matrices between zones. The data is used for analysis of trip generation, trip distribution, and trip assignment in 2023. The analysis of movement transportation in 2030 resulted in the highest trip production in the East Ungaran zone, with 174.387 people’s trips/day and the highest trip attraction in the East Ungaran zone, with 225.394 people’s trips/day, meanwhile the analysis of the distribution of movement obtained a total movement of 2.713.115 people’s trips/day with the highest movement coming from the East Ungaran zone to West Ungaran as many as 89.255 people’s trips/day. Afterward, the trip distribution analysis produces a traffic analysis based on the travel distance indicator of 450.621 vehicles.km/h, travel time of 14.232 vehicles.hour/hour, and travel speed of 36,7 km/h.
