Comparative Study of Admixtures Cementius Waste Materials for High Performance Ferrocement Mortars
摘要
Floods that occur every rainy season have an impact on community activities. This condition is because the drainage system (rainwater channel) does not function properly or even does not exist at all. Land availability and technical factors of installation are factors that cause rainwater channels not to function optimally. The dimensions of precast concrete products for waterways specifically for areas in locations with limited access. U- shaped precast concrete called u- ditch is one of the innovations of tertiary irrigation canals for rice fields, most of which are cast in place and use river stone masonry. By using innovation of precast concrete which have thin shapes, lighter weight, and able to withstand soil shear forces due to lateral soil loads. Sustainability and innovation in construction materials, especially cement mortar, is necessarily needed to improve high performance concrete based on cementius waste materials. According SNI 2847: 2019, fly ash, silica fume, and cement slags are waste materials made from high level processing of coal that can be used as a material for mortars mixtures. The research product, which was previously was developed through experimental research. According to the result of experimental research, Maximum compressive strength was reached out the 3rd variation, The use of iron powder with a small proportion as a partial replacement of sand is very effective in increasing the compressive strength. The average compressive strength obtained was 56.28 MPa. The standard value for cement mortar is 17.50 MPa.
