A 10-year-old girl was diagnosed with Ebstein’s anomaly at 11 months of age. As she grew older, exercise tolerance was gradually reduced, and she was scheduled for tricuspid valve repair surgery. After the completion of the conical reconstruction of the tricuspid valve and the folding of the atrialized ventricle, it was found that it was very difficult to maintain cardiac output and separate from cardiopulmonary bypass. So, the Glenn procedure was further performed. The anesthetic management of this patient should focus on the hemodynamic changes caused by tricuspid regurgitation and right ventricular dysfunction and the characteristics of Glenn circulation.

摘要
