Pet health monitoring is a crucial aspect of responsible pet ownership, contributing significantly to the overall well-being and longevity of our beloved animal companions. Pets, as valued members of our families, rely on their owners for nourishment, care, and, most importantly, health supervision. The difficulties and obligations of caring for animals are that they cannot verbally communicate about their health concerns highlighting the need of pet health monitoring. In order to handle the difficulties of pet healthcare, this study presents a novel Pet Health Consultation System integrated with an IoT collar belt. In addition to real-time health monitoring and GPS-enabled emergency tracking, the system provides virtual consultation services with licensed veterinarians. The system uses deep learning models and IoT technology to monitor vital indicators including heart rate, temperature, and activity level. This improves the bond between the pet and owner and enables timely interventions. The pet health monitoring is not just a responsibility; it is an expression of love and commitment to our animal companions.
