The process of writing a research paper or thesis involves the recurrent interaction of Thinking, Writing and Revising. Every research paper is domain-dependent, and researchers must regulate their thinking related to the domain/area/field in which they want to proceed with their research. Regulated thinking promotes the ability to connect ideas relevant to the domain-specific concepts, evades ambiguous thought, assists in selecting appropriate content and provides diction related to the discipline.
