Numerical Simulation Analysis of Vehicle Equipment Safety Fastening System Design Scheme

In order to ensure the stability and safety of various types of vehicle equipment in the process of mothership transportation, the numerical simulation technology of vehicle equipment fastening system is studied based on nonlinear multi-body dynamics software. Taking typical vehicle equipment as the research object and numerical simulation modeling technology, inertial load application and model test analysis technology as the starting point, this paper analyzes the relative deck movement of vehicle equipment under various working conditions and the load time relationship of each lashing rigging in the safety fastening system of each vehicle equipment, and verifies and evaluates the safety of each lashing rigging.
