The interior design industry is changing quickly, and one promising way to improve the customer experience is through the incorporation of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. From a consumer’s point of view, this research report explores the critical need for AI in interior design. Based on customer attitudes, tastes, and expectations, this study attempts to determine the criteria that characterize the need of artificial intelligence (AI) in interior design. (Ref: Table 2). Even the explanation of important components like: i) consumer acceptance of AI-generated products and ii) modified traditional methods of value cocreation. Demand for AI in the interior design sector is rising due to factors including iii) AI's capacity to provide challenging designs to those of interior designers and iv) AI's capacity to stimulate thought about artificial consciousness. This study also examines the possible worries and anxieties related to the use of AI in interior design, such as consumer skepticism that could reduce their willingness to use AI services, concerns about privacy and data security, and the preservation of human creativity. This abstract concludes by highlighting the crucial role that artificial intelligence will play in reshaping the interior design industry from a consumer-centric standpoint. We find that in some ways an AI influencer can be as effective as a human influencer [1]. Therefore, by gaining insight into how consumers view these AI-driven innovations, designers and industry stakeholders may better understand customer acceptability of AI-designed outputs and align their strategies to effectively meet changing consumer needs.

摘要
