Constructing China’s New Strategic Layout
摘要
Since entering the twenty-first century, China has gradually constructed a strategic pattern of major powers as key, neighboring countries as primary, developing countries as the foundation, and multilateral platforms, laying a solid foundation for forming a diplomacy with Chinese characteristics. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China has been ambitiously expanding, with the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation as the national ideal, and the “Two Centenary Goals” as the strategic design, promoting the formation of an all-round, multi-level, and three-dimensional layout.
