Research on the Design Image of Domestic Medical Self-service Machines
摘要
This study explores the visual image evaluation of medical self-service machines. Given the variety of such machines, several samples were chosen. In the first stage, 120 adjectives were screened to 40, and a semantic difference method questionnaire for general users was conducted. Six sets of visual image adjectives emerged: professional and durable, efficient and convenient, etc. In the second stage, 12 machines were evaluated with these adjective questionnaires and statistically analyzed using triangular fuzzy number operation to get their scores. Results show significant differences in evaluation across dimensions and some machines have similar styling, offering substitutability. Based on this, a design intention evaluation database can be set up for customized designs to meet users’ psychological needs.
