The labour-hours quota management is a crucial aspect of enterprises’ production and management. Its management responsibilities encompass the development, organization, production, and management of both primary and auxiliary products. It serves as the scientific foundation for enterprises to conduct accounting, determine product prices, enhance production site and operational management, effectively allocate enterprises resources, distribute workers’ labour compensation, and facilitate other key activities. Aiming to achieve the goal of reducing the consumption of labour-hours and improving labour productivity, this paper comprehensively sorts out the difficulties and pain points existing in the management of existing labour-hours quota,, formulates the framework of typical labour-hours standard system, identifies and extracts the classification of typical process parts and typical process feature, which is beneficial for the establishment of standard labour-hours based on the feature of the typical process and the standardization management of labour- hours quota.
