Design and Analysis of Mixing Power of Pouring Asphalt Mixing Equipment

The stirring process of castable asphalt mixture is complicated, and it is difficult to analyze its stirring mechanism and state, which affects the analysis and design of stirring power of production equipment. At present, empirical methods are often used for design, but this method cannot quantitatively analyze the stirring process. In order to quantitatively analyze the mixing process of castable asphalt, the calculation, analysis, simulation and verification are carried out based on the existing data. Based on the analysis of the working characteristics of the mixing equipment and the influencing factors of mixing power, the design method of mixing power for the production equipment of castable asphalt mixture was put forward. This method is based on the comprehensive analysis and simulation of the basic characteristics and process parameters of asphalt mixture, aiming at optimizing the mixing efficiency and energy utilization rate, and realizing the accurate selection of mixing power. The simulation and test results show that the mixing power designed by the calculation analysis and simulation method can meet the requirements of mixing equipment, and the effectiveness of the proposed design and analysis method is verified. The method can quantitatively analyze the mixing process of castable asphalt and provide a basis for the optimal design of mixing power of castable asphalt mixing equipment.
