Design and Test of Electric Driven Variable Height and Distance Film Coating Machine

In response to the large volume, low efficiency, high cost, and inability to use multiple machines in the cultivation and management process of vegetables in China, a film covering machine with adjustable height and width, which can be electrically driven, is proposed. Firstly, explain the main structure and working principle of the laminating machine; Subsequently, the structural design and theoretical analysis of the key components of the film spreading device, trenching and soil covering device, width adjustment auxiliary frame, screw width adjustment mechanism, and scissor height adjustment mechanism were carried out; Finally, field experiments were conducted to analyze and verify the height of different ridge types. The results show that the adjustment process of the laminating machine is relatively stable and accurate, with a width range of 45-90cm and a height range of 0-40cm. All performance indicators meet 90% of the requirements for vegetable mechanization operations. The performance of the equipment meets the design requirements, which has certain theoretical significance and reference value for the design and improvement of vegetable mechanized harvesting equipment.
