Bogie Design of Straddle Permanent Magnet Suspension Train

Straddle monorail has become an important direction in the development of urban transportation because of its advantages such as small investment, strong terrain adaptability, moderate transport capacity and environmental friendliness. However, due to the large friction coefficient between the running wheel and the track beam, the traditional straddling monorail not only increases the energy consumption, but also accelerates the wear of the running wheel, especially in bad weather such as rain and snow, which is easy to cause skidding and affect the safety of running. To solve this problem, a permanent magnet suspension straddle type train bogie is designed. This paper presents an innovative straddle type permanent magnet suspension bogie design scheme. And this design, according to the characteristics of the use of the design of the frame, track and each part, and finally assemble it to get the final model. At the same time, the stability performance of the train is further improved by retaining the running wheel and the stable wheel structure of the traditional straddle monorail, and the comfort and safety of passengers are ensured. At the same time, the finite element software ABAQUS is used for static strength analysis and modal analysis of the designed train bogie frame, and the design and structure are adjusted to meet the static strength requirements.
