To meet the needs of automation and intelligence of spinning production line and improve the production efficiency of barrel yarn film covering and arrangement process, based on the process of barrel yarn film covering and arrangement, the design scheme of the control system of barrel yarn film covering and arrangement equipment is proposed. On the premise of completing the hardware design of the control system, the PLC control process and human-computer interaction system are designed. The design results are applied to the actual production line for testing, and the results show that the design scheme can meet the automation requirements of barrel yarn lamination and arrangement.

摘要
