Research and Application of Corresponding Plug Removing Technology for Oil and Water Wells

Due to the complexity of the injection system, the injection-production capacity decreases in the development of ASP flooding. The injection end is mainly characterized by organic matter plugging and the production end is mainly characterized by composite scale plugging. The effect of conventional plugging removal measures is poor, which has become an important factor affecting the operation of the ternary compound flooding development scheme. Based on the analysis of the injected end blockage and the extracted end scale samples, this paper identifies the main components of the blocking substances that make the seepage channels at both ends of the injection and production smaller, studies the injection well composite plugging agent and the silicate scale cleaning agent in the production well respectively, and investigates the dissolution ability of the pharmaceutical system to the polymer mass in the injection well and the silicate scale in the production well through a large number of experiments. At the same time, the numerical simulation method is used to analyze the improvement of injection and production capacity of the injection and production well. The results of laboratory experiments show that the dissolution rate of environmental high efficiency deactivator is greater than 95%, the dissolution rate of residual impurities after slow acid dissolves the deactivator is greater than 75%, and the total dissolution rate of composite system is greater than 90%. The dissolution rate of silicate scale is more than 80%, and the corrosion rate of rod pipe and pump is only 0.580g/m2·h. The numerical simulation results show that the injection volume and production volume can be greatly increased, and the injection production capacity can be increased by 3 times compared with the single plugging solution. The field test of plugging removal for one injection and one production pair was carried out. Compared with the single plugging removal measure in the same block, the effective period of plugging removal measure in injection well was doubled, and the liquid production in production well was increased by nearly 4 times.
