A oilfield has the problem of large and diverse wellbore operations, extensive operation sites, and difficulty in controlling them, as well as a severe environmental situation. In response to the green operation requirements of ‘no fluid out of the well, no fluid on the ground, and no pollution from the fluid’ the Oilfield Drilling and Production Technology Research Institute has established an innovative clean operation technology management system based on the construction of a clean operation demonstration plant. By clarifying management responsibilities, hierarchical management, and unified technical solutions, the institute has effectively promoted technological optimization. Following the technical management approach of standardizing a batch of mature technologies, improving and perfecting a batch of trial technologies, and independently researching and developing a batch of blank technologies, the institute has achieved technological series, tool standardization, and construction standardization. After practical application, it has formed a comprehensive clean operation technology management system that emphasizes wellbore control and supplements ground recovery, enabling green and environmentally friendly construction for different well types and operation types, improving the working environment for operation personnel, and effectively promoting the high-quality development of the oilfield.

摘要
