In view of the low permeability of tight reservoir in DG oilfield and the unsatisfied effect of conventional fracturing, the research on fracturing stimulation is carried out to reduce the cost of stimulation and improve the effect of fracturing in tight reservoir, using slick-water fracturing fluid (which has good compatibility with vegetable gum fracturing fluid) at low displacement. This paper starts with the analysis on factors affecting the drag reduction effect of drag reducer, determines the main factors affecting the drag reduction performance of drag reducer, selects the drag reduction agent with high efficiency, fast dissolution rate and easy degradation, and determines its applicability through laboratory testing of the drag reduction rate of slick-water fracturing fluid added with the drag reduction agent at different displacement. The developed slick-water fracturing fluid has low use concentration, low residue content, good compatibility with conventional fracturing additives and water, and a drag reduction rate of more than 60% at indoor 5 L/min displacement, good compatibility with vegetable gum fracturing fluid, and high demulsification rate with crude oil. Field application shows that it can meet the needs of 4.5–8 m3/min fracturing stimulation. The successful breakthrough of this technology expands the application range of slick-water fracturing fluid, improves the fracturing effect of low permeability tight reservoir, and achieves the goal of cost reduction and efficiency increase.
