In low-permeability water-sensitive reservoirs, conventional acidizing unblocking has a small radius, cannot lift water-sensitive injuries, and leads to poor effect of measures. In this paper, through the preferential selection of organic multi-hydro acid, fluorine salt, small molecule clay stabilizer, corrosion inhibitor and other additives, the blocking remover system integrating the functions of slow deep acidizing, clay shrinkage and anti-expansion has been researched. The anti-expansion and contraction performance of the system on clay minerals, the dissolution performance on plugs, the unblocking performance on low-permeability water-sensitive cores, the corrosion performance on downhole tubing columns were investigated through extensive experiments. The results show that the anti-expansion rate of unblocking agent III on clay minerals is 65.3% and the shrinkage rate is 52.6%, and the system has good adsorption with clay minerals and strong water washing resistance, and its anti-expansion rate can still reach 42.1% after three times of water rinsing. It shows that the system can protect the reservoir for a long time on the basis of lifting the water-sensitive damage. The system has a dissolution rate of more than 80% for the plugged material, which can effectively relieve the plugging of the reservoir caused by the contaminants in the foreign fluid. The permeability improvement rate of natural core after plugging reaches 181.6%, which is 45.2 percentage points higher than that of conventional acid solution. The corrosion rate is lower than 1.0 g/m2-h, which ensures that the unblocking construction process has no influence on the downhole tubular column. The overall performance index of the system can meet the needs of injection wells of low-permeability water-sensitive reservoirs to reduce pressure and increase injection.
