Research on Lithology Complex Reservoir Damage Characteristics and Solutions: A Case Study of HD Oilfield in Kazakhstan
摘要
In view of serious reservoir damage and poor acidizing effects at Kazakhsta HD oilfield, study on acidizing scheme and formation damage characteristics were carried out. Analysis on formation damage characteristics showed that formation damage can be caused by different factors, such as clay minerals expansion and migration, unqualified injection water scaling and drilling mud blockage. Mud acid system is adopted for sandstone formation stimulation at HD oilfield and hydrochloric acid system is mainly used for carbonate formation acidizing. Commingle injection is usually applied on vertical well acidizing and multi-level sliding sleeve stratified acidizing string is used for horizontal well acidizing. The effect of stimulation after acidifizing is not obvious. To solve the problems above, research on acidizing scheme of HD oilfield were carried out by analyzing the existing acidizing formula system and technology. Based on the analysis of formation lithology and permeability distribution characteristics at HD oilfield, the acidizing formula system and technology were put forward according to different formation characteristics. The acidizing scheme of AKS249 well was designed and implemented with the water injection rate increased from 7 m3/d to 97 m3/d, which occurred before and after acidizing. This acidizing scheme was technically feasible and the injection increasing effect was significant. It was suitable for acidizing treatment at HD oilfield and can also provide a technical reference for other similar oilfields on stimulation and injection.
