An Effective Digital Signature Wavelet Transformation-Based Reversible Digital Audio Watermarking System
摘要
Presently, millions of digital audio recordings, including songs, are being illegally copied through file-sharing on networks. As a consequence, the TV and music businesses have lost money. Copyright and control over multimedia assets are no longer effectively protected by the conventional protection mechanisms. Due of these difficulties, numerous research is completed on digital audio watermarking for authenticity and security. Watermarking is a method that offers ownership and copyright protection for digital content, including audio, video, and image files. The audio file, known as a watermark, allows the owner’s identity to be concealed. Consequently, digital audio watermarking is the act of incorporating various information within an audio file while maintaining the audio’s quality and audibility. It aids in preventing audio signal tampering and impersonation. This project uses wavelet transformation to propose an innovative audio watermarking technique. The suggested technique uses wavelet modification to incorporate and extract audio signals. The audio signal, encoded in the Wave or MP3 formats, is segmented, transformed, and watermarked data is embedded before undergoing an inverted transformation at the end. The suggested scheme provides the primary prerequisite for an effective watermarking technique, and the signal to noise ratio (SNR) of the watermarking signal to the initial signal ought to be preserved at a level better than 20 dB.
