As a key component of behavioral computing, Behavioral Visual Computing is dedicated to accurately modeling, meticulously analyzing, and reliably predicting human behavior using methods such as computer vision. In real-world applications, behavioral visual computing technology has shown great potential in intelligent surveillance, human-computer interaction, healthcare, and education, holding significant value for social development and technological progress. In this chapter, we will first briefly describe the basic concepts and principles related to behavioral visual computing; then, we will delve into the technical approaches and methods of visual behavior modeling and visual behavior simulation, the two major directions in this field. Finally, we will summarize the content of this chapter and offer a perspective on the future development of behavioral visual computing.
