Feasibility of Weak Base ASP Systems Dilute Weak Base ASP Sewage

With weak base ASP flooding scale expands unceasingly, weak base ASP flooding produced fluid handling problems highlighted increasingly. For the study of weak base ASP sewage dilution of weak base ASP system feasibility, diluted by different water, on the viscosity characteristics, interface activity and oil displacement ability such as performance measurement and evaluation, through field test further validation. The results show that the lower limit of permeability of weak base ASP sewage injection reservoir with suspended substance content of 100 mg/L and oil content of 50 mg/L is 100 × 10−3μm2, and when the permeability increases to more than 300 × 10−3μm2, weak base ASP sewage is injected smoothly. The laboratory evaluation experiment shows that the weak base ASP sewage dilution weak base ASP system has the following characteristics: slightly lower viscosity, better stability, better shear resistance, smaller molecular diagram size and slightly lower viscoelasticity than the deep sewage dilution weak base ASP system. The interfacial activity range is the same, the interfacial activity stability is better, the emulsification performance is better, and the adsorption resistance is the same. At the same time, through the field test, it also shows that the weak base ASP sewage dilution weak base ASP system has better injection capacity and lower water cut. Therefore, it is technically and economically feasible to use weak base ASP sewage to dilute weak base ASP to inject the II oil layer in Daqing Oilfield, which provides a way to reduce the cost and increase the efficiency of weak base ASP sewage reuse and ternary composite flooding.
