Application of Low-Cost Oily Sludge Profile Control System in Edge and Bottom Water Reservoirs
摘要
The Chemou well area is a super heavy oil reservoir developed through steam stimulation. Affected by the strong edge and bottom water, the high water content area continues to expand. There is an urgent need to implement sealing on the diffusion path of edge and bottom water. The amount of edge and bottom water used for sealing is large, and ordinary plugging systems have high costs, low strength, and poor long-term stability. Based on the characteristics of the reservoir, three different strength oil mud profile control agents were prepared by adding dispersants, thickeners, crosslinking agents, and solidifying agents, and their suspension performance, sealing performance, and solidifying strength were evaluated. The suspension system of 30% oil sludge + 0.1Z-2 suspension agent + 0.1 TX10-99 dispersant can increase the mud carrying capacity by 20% when the suspension time is greater than 120 min; The gel system of 30% sludge + 0.2% HPAM + 0.2% cross-linking agent + 0.03% accelerator + 0.03% stabilizer has a viscosity of 10,000 mPa s after gelling, and the gelling time is controllable from 6 to 144 h; A curing system consisting of 30% oil sludge, 0.3% thickener, 0.2% crosslinking agent, 0.6% ~ 0.7% curing agent, with a temperature resistance greater than 250 ℃ and a compressive strength of 8 MPa. The three types of sludge systems have different strengths and can be effectively sealed in edge and bottom water reservoirs through the combination of slugs. On site scale application of 4 wells, with a cumulative processing capacity of 3348 m3 of oil sludge and a cumulative increase of 820 tons of oil in the well group, has achieved the goal of resource utilization of oil sludge while improving development efficiency.lizer has a viscosity of 10,000 mPa s after gelling, and the gelling time is controllable from 6 to 144 h; A curing system consisting of 30% oil sludge, 0.3% thickener, 0.2% crosslinking agent, 0.6% ~ 0.7% curing agent, with a temperature resistance greater than 250 ℃ and a compressive strength of 8 MPa.
