Renewable energy production has increased in recent years as a result of environmental impacts. Solar PV and wind power plants account for the majority of these. The intermittency and variability in RE generation necessitate research into the dynamic nature of these resources. In order to investigate the dynamics of various renewable energy sources, accurate controller modeling is required. The proposed research focuses on the function of the Hybrid (PV and BESS) model in steady and dynamic states, as well as the formulation of a control strategy to ensure stability. The tuning of controller gains is performed to improve active power, reactive power, and voltage dynamics in this study. Here, generic models were utilized to simulate dynamic phenomena in solar PV and BESS power plants, as well as proposed operating standards. The proposed plant model is simulated in PSSE.

摘要
