Design and Simulation of Vintage-Styled Electric Vehicles: Capturing the Essence of Classic Cars with Electric Drive Systems
摘要
This research explores the fusion of modern electric drive systems with vintage car aesthetics, aiming to replicate the timeless charm of classic designs while incorporating cutting-edge electric propulsion technology. Emphasizing sleek curves, iconic grilles, and elegant detailing, the study employs advanced simulation tools for modeling, designing, and analyzing electric drive systems. The methodology focuses on achieving contemporary efficiency standards while preserving the nostalgic appeal of vintage cars. Key aspects, including powertrain design, optimization, energy storage solutions, and overall vehicle dynamics, are comprehensively addressed to strike a balance between style and sustainability. The proposed model targets low-speed operation, reflecting the pride-driven ethos of antique vehicles rather than emphasizing speed. Utilizing a 1000 W Brushless DC motor with a rated speed of 3200 RPM, this light electric vehicle design operates at a nominal speed of not more than 50 km/h. This research contributes a novel perspective to electric mobility, transcending conventional aesthetics and inspiring future developments in the realm of sustainable automotive engineering, bridging the past and future in a harmonious synergy.
