Taking into account the life cycle of buildings and structures, the high efficiency of using their demolition products for the production of secondary aggregates for concrete and other construction purposes has been confirmed. The article presents an analysis of the technology of demolition of a building or its individual structures in accordance with design features that allow obtaining a high-quality and homogeneous secondary aggregate. The mechanical properties of concretes made from recycled aggregates of different types of coarse and fine fractions were investigated. The possibility of effective application of the developed concretes on secondary aggregates for the construction of lower layers of rigid pavements was established. Compressive strength, flexural strength and frost resistance of developed concretes meet the requirements of regulatory documents for structures of this type.
