Application of Information Technologies in Energy and Transport Systems in Conditions of Risk and Uncertainty: Policy Proposals

The article examines the application of information technologies (IT), in particular artificial intelligence (AI), in energy and transport systems (ETS) under conditions of risk and uncertainty. Current research and developments in this field are analyzed, including modeling and optimization of ETS operation, energy demand management, integration of renewable energy sources, use of microgrids and smart grids. Particular attention is paid to the specifics of AI application in energy, including potential risks and the need to develop specialized risk assessment methods. The paper provides recommendations for further research aimed at improving the efficiency, sustainability, and reliability of ETS using IT and AI.
