In today’s tech-driven era, where individuals frequently engage in tasks requiring focused attention, managing work efficiently while ensuring adherence to predefined time constraints is crucial. This paper presents an innovative application designed to enhance productivity by monitoring the time required for specific work sessions and alerting users and their emergency contacts in case the session duration of the application exceeds specified thresholds. Using machine learning algorithms and datasets consisting of various work categories and their corresponding time parameters, the application enables users to input their work scenarios and get alerts during unusual circumstances. The application significantly advances proactive work session management, offering users a comprehensive solution to optimize productivity and well-being in dynamic work environments.
