This chapter deals with Paget’s disease of the breast, a rare presentation of underlying breast malignancy. The lesions are usually unilateral, and very rarely bilateral, and may also develop on accessory nipples or ectopic breasts. A vast majority of patients diagnosed with Paget’s disease have an underlying neoplasm associated with it, making diagnosis and treatment of the disease a controversy.
