We present two \(N=1\) SUSY SU(5) GUTs, one of them finite to two-loops and the second one finite to all-orders, and their respective quark mass matrices. We show how the finiteness requirement, based on the principle of reduction of couplings, allows to reduce greatly the number of free parameters, rendering phenomenological viable mass textures with few free parameters, even when including the soft breaking sector.
