Since the final working environment of aerospace products is in outer space, it is necessary to conduct a large number of simulations in the ground test to complete the relevant test verification work as much as possible to improve product stability and reliability [1]. On the basis of the digital solar sensor automatic testing system hardware platform, the automatic test software design and realization based on the RTX real-time expansion module is completed. Key algorithm of the digital solar sensor accuracy test is designed, such as “Find Zero” and “Electric Angle Calculation”. 5 digital solar sensor front-parts were selected for testing, the output of the test system was compared with the output of the product after those sensor front-parts were mounted with the back-end circuit. By compare the test data point by point, the system testing accuracy is better than 10 arc seconds, and the measurement repetitiveness is better than 2%.

摘要
