This study analyzes the hotspots, development status, and trends in the objective research of traditional Chinese pulse diagnosis over the past 40 years using the CNKI database and Cite Space software, aiming to provide references for both research and clinical practice. A search of relevant literature up to June 25, 2024, yielded 690 articles, revealing that China's research on objective pulse diagnosis started early, with publication volumes showing a fluctuating upward trend, peaking in 2007 and 2021. High-productivity authors have formed six major research teams, and the primary research institutions have established four significant collaboration networks centered around Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Key emergent terms include pulse diagnosis instrument, pulse graph, feature extraction, and coronary heart disease. The conclusion indicates that research primarily focuses on pulse information collection and pulse graph analysis. Future studies should enhance interdisciplinary collaboration to deepen the theoretical understanding of pulse diagnosis and establish relevant standards.

摘要
