During the extraction process of natural gas hydrates (NGH), the phase change of NGH leads to changes in the mechanical properties and porosity of the reservoir, and the redistribution of crustal stress, which can easily induce geological problems such as wellbore instability, sand production in the wellbore, and formation subsidence. Among them, sand production is one of the bottleneck problems that restrict the safe and efficient extraction of NGH. This article focuses on the issue of sand production affecting the production capacity of NGH during the mining process. Through indoor experimental research on promoting permeability materials such as granular materials, water-soluble materials, and fibers, a permeability enhancing agent for cement slurry used for sand control in NGH formations has been developed. This agent has achieved changes in the pore structure and increased pore connectivity of cement. Adding an appropriate amount of this agent can increase the permeability of cement from 0.01 mD to 200 mD. While meeting the requirements of oil and gas seepage, it can provide technical support for achieving long-term sand control in the development of NGH.

摘要
